Latin America Daily Briefing: Top Latin America Stories, April 20, 2015

Federal Mexican Police have killed another 16 unarmed civilians, this is the third attack like this so far in 2015. This is being done while another Federal Police task force is working along the border, recovering mass graves of people killed by the cartels. So far it is embarrassing to report the body count of the Federal Police is higher than the cartels this year. Even more problematic is that Mexico is trying to attract Foreign Investors to help with oil production.
