InfoSec pros reject DHS criticisms of encryption

This has been a never ending battle, for a long time NSA had to approve any encryption program being sold overseas. They still would like you to, but since so many products are developed or jointly developed overseas it really does not have the same weight it use to. Still if you get picked up for espionage charges expect an encryption violation charge to be added if you have one on your computer. I am all for it myself, but I understand some folks are reticent at NSA having access. Let me put your mind at ease, they can still read your stuff they just have to use the bigger computer.
