Here is a little training drill that can help your performance and possibly keep you out of legal trouble. Another tip is to use a simple 2X4 about 4 foot long, just lay it on the ground to start and walk back and forth on it, making turns and pivots. If you want to go the next step put bricks under each end. You can go higher, but we have found it does not help all that much, and your chances at an injury go up dramatically.
