These can be a great system have on hand it this type of issue comes up, Chicago has a version of shot spotter in use, or at least they own a few, but this is an integral unit with a camera and can be set up anywhere. It can use solar, but it also can use any ac power even vehicle power to operate. A number of firms have the portable camera with solar power, but this is the first I have seen with a shot type spotter on board.
